  • Companies for whom some downtime is not ideal, but is manageable

  • For critical issues (defined as site downtime or loss of previously client-defined critical functionality), Culture Foundry will respond within 1 business day
  • No monitoring included (issues are client reported)
  • Note that we cannot warrant specific resolution times, as the nature of the source issue may vary widely
