We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform. HubSpot processes data on our behalf as a data processor/service provider. We do not add ZoomInfo-sourced contacts to our newsletter mailing list. Email communications to ZoomInfo-sourced contacts are individual sales outreach messages, not mass marketing campaigns.
Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL). For contacts in Canada, we comply with CASL. We send commercial electronic messages only with express or implied consent as defined under CASL, and every message includes our full mailing address and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions are retained in our CRM for as long as we maintain an active or prospective business relationship.
- Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Analytics and log data is generally retained in aggregate or anonymized form.
