I help organizations untangle complex websites and build digital experiences that actually work for real people.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led UX strategy and web projects for community colleges, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses. My work blends user research, content strategy, and information architecture to make things clearer, more inclusive, and more effective. I love aligning teams around what their audiences really need—and using data to back it up.
I started my career in media and creative production, which means I bring a strong visual and storytelling lens to everything I do. Whether I’m reworking site navigation, building a journey map, or running a stakeholder workshop, I focus on creating experiences that are grounded, purposeful, and human.

Recommend a book:
The Death and Life of Great American Cities by Jane Jacobs. It’s about community and city life—design at a macro level—and it’s taught me a lot about empathizing with people and seeing the big picture.
What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
There are no rules and no one really KNOWS the answers.

I’m a chocolate connoisseur and am currently working on building a chocolate tasting app. I’ve never build an app from the ground up and excited to use all the new AI tools to make the app that I’ve always wanted to see in the world.
