The Clinton Digital Library approached Culture Foundry due to frequent downtime affecting both the website and search functionality. This downtime significantly hindered users’ ability to access crucial documents and records from William J. Clinton’s presidency.

Culture Foundry addressed this issue by updating the technology and server settings responsible for the interruptions experienced by both staff and users.

Following stabilization of the platform, the Clinton Digital Library opted to utilize Culture Foundry’s 24/7 365 Professional Support Program, guaranteeing immediate resolution of any site-related issues.
