DFW Security is a Fort Worth-based security company with deep local roots and a strong recurring customer base. When they came to Culture Foundry, demand was steady. The challenge was that the website was not keeping pace. Navigation had grown unwieldy over years of business expansion, the mobile experience was actively hurting conversion, and the CMS made even small updates feel risky for a lean, one-person marketing team. The site was functioning like a catalog when it needed to work like a guide.
Culture Foundry began with a stakeholder intake to define goals, surface audience personas, and establish a shared strategic direction. From there, the team conducted a full technical analysis of the existing Drupal site, migrated it to Culture Foundry’s Pantheon hosting environment, and upgraded the platform to Drupal 11. The redesign introduced a persona-first navigation structure built around two clear paths: Residential and Business/Commercial. The mobile-first design, improved accessibility, tighter conversion funnels, and modular CMS editing experience give the internal team confidence to manage content without technical risk.
The result is a site that meets visitors where they are: building trust quickly, directing them toward the right path, and making it straightforward to call, text, or request a walkthrough. For DFW Security, the shift from explaining to confirming is what the new site is built to support.
