- Hosting that includes round-the-clock website/application monitoring.
- For critical issues (defined as downtime or loss of previously client-defined critical functionality), our support crew will respond within two (2) hours, all day, every day.
- Professional Level Support clients can report incidents to Culture Foundry through a designated support email address or dedicated support phone number.
- NOTE: We cannot warrant specific resolutions times, as the nature of the source issue may vary widely.
Core Level Support
Ideal for companies and organizations on a limited budget and for whom downtime is not ideal but manageable.
- For critical issues (defined as site downtime or loss of previously client-defined critical functionality), Culture Foundry will respond within one (1) business day.
- No monitoring included (issues are client reported).
- Core Level Support clients can report incidents to Culture Foundry through their assigned Project or Account Manager.
- NOTE: We cannot warrant specific resolution times, as the nature of the source issue may vary widely.
