The Marketing Assistant keeps the gears turning on Culture Foundry’s sales and marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Culture Foundry’s social media efforts, scheduling and submitting posts with a business development intent
  • Assist with Culture Foundry’s content marketing as a contributor to our Cultivate blog and as a coordinator / producer of content contributions by team members across a variety of formats and platforms
  • Keep our customer and prospect data up to date in HubSpot
  • Maintain our presence on key referral directories (e.g. Clutch, Digital Agency Network, Glassdoor, Crunchbase, Google Local) and help determine which new directories will yield a good return on engagement
  • Help create relationships with technology, partner or vertical-specific directories and ensure our profiles on those directories drive business to the company
  • Network as a representative of Culture Foundry at events with business development potential
  • Coordinate our holiday cookie gift send to clients and friends
  • Help manage and write the Culture Foundry newsletter (currently quarterly)
  • Help write proposals or statements of work while enlisting other team members for subject matter expertise as needed
  • Help create and write evergreen high-value collateral in exchange for prospect email on our website
  • Handle other administrative tasks in the company as requested (e.g. filing, scanning, accounting)
  • Handle website production tasks in the company as requested (e.g. content updates, image processing)

Additional information

  • This is an entry level position with entry-level compensation, and likely to be offered first as a part-time or “prove-it contract” hourly opportunity
  • This position will eventually be managed by our to-be-hired Director of Growth
